If the burst hmg isn't FOTM, it's still extremely overpowered...
Edit: Not to mention if the Burst Hmg isn't the FOTM then the community isn't exactly as bright as I had originally thought...

Because gallogi with 4 scanners does way better than amarr would.
You're telling me 3-4 heavies and a logi within an enclosed area and nothing but Burst Hmgs is nothing to change?

It doesn't take skill to use any gun in this game if we're really thinking about it .
About the whole burst issue, it'd be fine if one burst couldn't one shot every suit, gonna skill into to see if the overheat is negligible with the amount of tank heavies have. Also remotes don't work that well against players with some form of thought and basic motor skills. These are the players we should balance off of not the general population of randoms that will continually spam the same tactic whether said tactic fails or not. I'm fine that the burst Hmg one shots scouts but oneshotting every suit that crosses your crosshairs without some form of set back doesn't exactly perpetuate balance...
